A nice if relatively small aquarium. Some of the tanks looked small for the animals they were holding and only basic information about the different species. My teenager and I were happy but not enthralled

Brilliant place to visit! Very reasonably priced and really well presented and modern aquariums. The tanks are spacious and appear brilliantly looked after with a large variety of species to see. Would recommend to anyone who comes to Seville!

This is one of the best aquariums we have ever been to! The Seville Aquarium is very well designed—large numbers of fish, reptiles, and amphibians coming from so many different ecosystems. Our kids have been to many aquariums, and they loved this one. We went at about 2:30 on a school day and were four of only six people there. It was nice to see the biologists in action, monitoring and taking care of the animals.

What a fabulous place! So much to see and the added bonus of being reasonably priced and a little cafe on site too!

This was a last minute decision the day before we were due to leave and how glad I am that we went. I thought it would have been crowded but there were surprisingly few people there. A cafe on site provides drinks and snacks and of course there is a gift shop. The exhibits are amazing and i could have stood and watched them for hours. I fell in love with the turtles.

We had our twin toddlers with us and were visiting Sevilla, as we were living in Spain for 6 months. We had kinda seen all that we wanted to see in Sevilla. Aquariums are in every big city and plenty of smaller ones and most are just okay. I would say this aquarium ranks as “just okay” but what we loved about it was that since Sevilla has so much to offer, not many tourists are flocking to the aquarium.

Walking up to the building, I really wondered if it was open. There appeared to be no one around, no cars, nothing. The signage was poor. It was around 10:45am and the aquarium theoretically had opened up at 10am (for the months of July & August was what I had read).

It was €18/ea for us 2 adults but our 2 year olds were free. We had read to plan on spending anywhere from 1.5-3hrs here. With a meltdown wrapping up our visit, we spent about 1.5hrs here. But prior to that, our kids really enjoyed spending a lot of time in the room with the large tank, watching the turtles, sharks, etc. swim by. They also loved the regular tanks, when you first walk in, because they are full of fun different things, usually a variety of fun animals & plants. The rock structure at the bottom does make it hard for kids to really get close, whereas some of the later tanks are flush against the wall, allowing the kids to get close. Like many aquariums, there is a great jellyfish tank and a moderate touch pool. There was at least one stingray (I'm guessing but could have been a manta ray) that had a bloodied stump in the touch tank. Perhaps it had just been done and/or that's normal but it was a little shocking to see.

One of my favorite memories & pictures from my kids life thus far is at the end of our visit, when my daughter was having a meltdown and just laying on the floor quietly, my son went and grabbed the stroller and asked her if she wanted to get in. Not specific to the aquarium but it holds a special place in my heart because of that memory :)

At the end, you exit through the gift shop, not unlike most places. Our kids spent like 15 minutes picking out toys and the staff were really gracious and patient with our kids. This was one of the first times we had ever let them pick out any toys anywhere so they were really into it. We end up buying 2 toys - 1 of which, a stuffed shark, is still well-loved at home, even almost a year later.

Aquariums are one of my favourite activities. The Seville aquarium was a modest size with a very manageable amount of both fresh and salt water fish to enjoy in under 90 minutes. My favourite were the jellyfish which I could watch for hours as well as a large tetra habitat which I hadn’t seen before. Signage was in Spanish and English which includes lots of education about plastics in our water system. There was a small cafeteria and gift shop. I found the 18 Euro for an adult to be quite pricey. This aquarium is adjacent to a very nice park.

A superb place to visit on a dull day, and next door to a very pleasant park. The display is delightfully set out in different scenes, and the designated walkways lead you through from delight to delight. The whole attraction is beautifully kept, with a vast array of different fish, and to watch the 'jelly fish' clos up is wonderful. From sharks and turtles to brightly coloured exotics, they are all there and look wonderfully well looked after. A first class attraction.

A good place to visit on a rainy day.

We went there because during our holiday we caught on a rainy day so we needed an indoor activity. It turned out to be a very good option.
