This tower walk was different from most as it was up and down ramps rather than stairs. It was wider than most tower climbs and also included many lookout windows. Loved it up in the bells which rang when we were up there. Spectacular views in every direction.

Combine this tower with the Cathedral visit and take the climb - which is a ramp not steps easy, and you will be rewarded with exceptional views over Seville

Be prepared to queue in busy periods. The walk up the tower is well worth the effort as the views are amazing - dont forget to take the camera!

This place is so much easier to climb that other towers in Europe purely because has a 15-20 degree ascent by slope as opposed to stairs, in a tower which was better designed therefore having good passages. Even so, expect to be hit by large men looking God knows where and then who do not apologise. The views on top... More

It costs you nothing extra to walk up this outstanding tower once you have paid to get in the cathedral (which does not open until 1100.) Fortunately the ascent is by slope rather than stairs for most of the way. It's worth it for the views across the city, but be prepared to cover your ears if the bells kick... More

Going up the bell tower is included in the entry cost of the cathedral (approx 8 euros in March 2017). You have to walk up a series of 35 ramps around in the tower plus a few stairs at the very top. It was a VERY hot day when we went up (even in March) but it is well worth... More

Viewed this building as part of our tour to the cathedral package. Although it was a long walk to the top of this building it is well worth the climb. There are ramps installed all the way to the top of the tower 33 levels so you need to be reasonably active to get to the top. The view from... More

This church tower was originally built as a minaret, not a bell tower. As it's particularly high, it was built with ramps such that the muezzin could ride a donkey to the top rather than walk up each of the 37 ramps. Nowadays, however, donkeys aren't permitted inside the tower, and tourists seeking the views must walk up and down... More

This tower climb is included in the entrance fee to the Cathedral. Because it is ramps rather than steps most people can make the climb, the views are amazing.

The views from the top make the journey up very worthwhile. The continuous ramp is alot easier than steps though for the unfit it is still a bit of a slog but worth it.
