    Beautiful park
A large and beautiful garden that is open 8am-10pm and is a lovely place to stroll through - some parts are busy and some parts are very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful planting, lovely buildings, fountains and birds - the most famous and the busiest area is the Plaza de Espana. Definitely worth taking time to visit and lots of shade if it's a hot day.

    Cool Place
South of the city is an area dominated by the extensive leafy Parque de Maria Luisa. The park runs alongside the river with the Plaza de Espana at it's center with exotic palm trees, orange trees, elms and Mediterranean Pines. The landscaping features bright flower beds, shady avenues, Moorish-style fountains decorated with colorful ceramic tiles and ornamental pools of water. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing walk and to sit on a bench on a hot day. Visit recommended.

Nice park, shame about the working horses.
This is a lovely place to have a leisurely walk around with plenty of architecture to admire and well tended gardens. The cafe on the southern corner was nice to stop for a cold beer on what was a very hot day. Seeing the horses sweating in the heat wasn't nice and thankfully very few people were hiring them. Given the month of August is typically in the 40's they should be left at the paddock during this period as the Seville climate allows the vendors plenty of opportunity to trade for the rest of the year.

    Wonderful green space
We spend hours today, Sunday just wandering this special park. After the hectic prescheduled days of visiting the Alcazar and the Seville Cathedral, it was was nice to just walk around with many hundreds of others enjoying the numerous fountains and green space. There are bathrooms available but they are 1 euro each to keep them clean so just make sure you save some coins. No one really was in a rush and we did rent a row boat at Plaza de Espana for 6 euros for 35 minutes of upper body exercising. Would take the time to smell the proverbial roses and just relax during your busy vacation. Enjoy.

Another beautiful space to enjoy nature
A beautiful park next to the Plaza de Espana. Another beautiful park in Seville to thoroughly lose yourself in! Even in December the trees and plants are lush and green (not to mention the abundant orange trees). And I love the fountains! Seville loves a fountain and I am here for it! I only regret visiting so late on my final day in Seville. So do yourself a favour and allow plenty of time to enjoy this beautiful park.

    Big park
Big park in Seville as a nice alternative to churches and museums. Ducks, swans and little row boats make it fun for kids. On Sundays there's a little market at the back near the stunning Plaza de Espana building.

    Thrilling, hilarious, fun, exciting
It was amazing! We had the time of our lives. We went on the boats first which were €6 for 35 minutes an amazing deal! The water was crystal clear and there were thousands of goldfish gliding through the water underneath. Next we went on two bikes one for 3 people and one for 5 it was amazing , we raced through the park enjoying the scenery as we went by.

Horse and carriage ride, didn't a day here enjoying its beautiful surroundings
Free entry. Beautiful, tranquil and peaceful as its so vast. Plenty of waterfalls and places to sit relaxant enjoy the beautiful exotic surroundings. My daughter loves art and said if she lived in seville she would always be in this park listening to music sketching. There's little kiosks offering, crisps ice cream and drinks, be warned they're a bit pricey. The restaurant near the archaeological museum and art museum was an excellent food and drink wating stop in the shade with very reasonably priced food abd drinks. We took a 25 min carriage ride around the park and it was 👌 awesome.

Once the garden of San Telmo Palace
A vast sylvan space, and given that it was once the garden San Telmo Palace reflects what grandeur the upper echelons lived with. For well over a century it has been a magnificent public park, enjoyed by all. As well as the bucolic and sylvan attractions, it is home to numerous monuments and sculptural tributes. One of the outstanding buildings here is the wonderful Museum of Arts and Traditions.

    Maria Luisa park……..
Large, beautiful park adjacent to the spectacular Plaza Espana. Combine a visit to the two. We spent about an hour in the park and probably saw a third of it. Lots of nice places to sit and relax. Recommended.

Beautiful well laid out park with colour everywhere and plenty of seating dotted around to take a breather from the heat, keep your eyes peeled for the Parakeets, you can hear them but they are little harder to spot.

This park has so many different areas with masses of colour, lakes and even waterfalls and fountains. There are so many different themes. There is the traditional feeding of the ducks. Like so many places in Seville you can get lost for words in describing things and their beauty. My favourite sight here was of a mother duck walking across the bridge with a few baby ducklings walking behind. A special place to unwind and enjoy

We visited the park and walked all round. Some beautiful areas, the pools and bridges, the bougainvillea covered walkways and the fantastic big trees (like the magic faraway tree!).
It was peaceful and immaculately clean, and the scent from flowers and sounds of parrots flying around the treetops which made it extra special.
Gardens here were much better than in the Real Alcazar and easy to spend half a day here and sit with a picnic before wandering on around Seville. It was comparable to National Trust gardens but no charge to enter so highly recommended.

Lovely to walk around and climb the many steps to take panoramic pictures, you can hire rowing boats but does get busy on the water canal. Lovely and clean, nice to also walk amongst the park but downside was no toilets anyway were open!

Worth a visit. It’s not obvious that these gardens are opposite the Plaza de España.

They are these amazing gardens. Quiet and tranquil after the busy city. Ideal if it’s hot. Green parrots everywhere.
