    Pure Uninterrupted Luxury …..
As easy a 5/5 rating as i’m likely to give - this place was faultless, in every aspect! Located on the Calle del Aire, western San Bartolome, this definitely earns the right as a gem in the crown of Seville’s ‘old town’ area. My wife actually treated me to this, completely out of the blue, and I couldn’t be more grateful that I had the opportunity to visit these baths. I had 90 minutes to enjoy the facilities there, with a full body massage thrown into the equation. Starting off in the Jacuzzi room, where I had my own designated seat, I then ventured to the Salty Flotarium, which was an experience in itself. Spending fifteen minutes in the Hammam room, effectively an intense steam room, I was then kindly approached by my Masseuse and given an amazing 30-minute full body massage. To end my visit, I sat in the hot pool which was brilliant (hotter than any pool i’ve been in). To my disappointment, I was unaware of the rooftop pool and regret not having a dip in it. However, I didn’t know about it at the time and my review is based solely on what I did experience. Even the locker room was amazing - complete with a Trunks dryer (never seen one before), various Moisturisers, raindrop showers and secure locker storage. Hands down the best Spa i’ve visited and i’ve been to a few in my lifetime. Very much a place where you can shut off from the world and enjoy a bit of luxury. Highly recommended!

    World Class Experience
Spectacular and so relaxing. We visited the baths last week and had such a good time. The staff made everything so relaxing and the system to visit the roof and get the massages worked perfectly. It was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Seville.

    Best Rainy Day In Seville…
After all the bad reviews I almost blew off my reservation…but decided why not see what is all about..I am glad I did. I think the people who had the bad massages and experiences booked something other than what I booked, and there for it was less than wonderful.. I booked an experience of a half hour massage, a 15 min scrub and 15 min hair treatment…I think that is the difference. I was wisked to a private room with heated marble table for a wonderful scrub..I showered in there, then into a private massage room for a very soothing, very therapeutic massage and head massage with conditioner…it was private, quiet and lovely..She returned my swim suit and robe, and they were piping hot…they were being heated during my massage. As soon as she was done, I was told to go to the roof…A marble spa pool with Insane views of Seville and right at the Cathedral tower…I was then served a huge glass of cava and 3 chocolate truffles that were so wonderful. I paid 8 Eruos for that as an add on when I booked…well worth it, to sit up there sipping cava…I had the pool alone for 10 min, then was joined by a few others but it was very quiet and private.. I ended up down in the pools on the first level, but I only stayed a few minutes…I was so happy and ready to head back to the hotel and gussy up for a night on the town.. I would not miss this place on a cold or rainy day…it was fantastic and a major deal in Spain..130 Euros for all that seemed like a bargain. Book an Experience that includes the roof top pool and you will not be sorry…

    A Great Experience
Choose the opening slot on a week day to benefit from fewer people. I felt like I had the entire baths to myself for ages. Include the infinity pool particularly if the weather is good as the view out to the Cathedral and City is great. Don't miss the steam room and floatation pool in addition to the thermal baths. Include a massage. The candlelit ambience is a treat and I found the staff to be friendly. Not cheap but definitely worth my investment. An adventure to remember!!

Fantastic experience and so glad we chose this spa!
Great location, lovely building and excellent ambience. We went for a 60mins massage package and would strongly recommend as both of our massages were excellent. Rooftop pool had an amazing view and we loved all the different pools. Staff were welcoming, helpful and on hand if you needed anything. They must had updated the ladies changing rooms since some of the other reviews left here as they had a full selection of products, ghd hairdryers and straighteners, l'occtaine shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The only reason it is not a 5 star review is that we felt there was not enough time to enjoy all the facilities at relaxed pace. I would a wear a watch to keep an eye on the time, and ask the staff when your massage is going to be so you know you have enough time to experience it all!

    Luxury in Seville
Firstly the check in process is simple - plus many of the staff speak English so you don’t need to worry about your Spanish vocab not covering the word for bathrobe. The changing rooms are immaculately kept - the baths themselves are great one really feels as if one is has gone back in time to the Moorish empire. There are various baths of different temps plus a sauna etc - my favourite was the floatarium it was like being in the Dead Sea. My wife and I also partook in a massage which was great. I’ll definitely be back

Excellent way to celebrate your birthday!
My husband surprised me with a couples relaxation package for my birthday and it was amazing! He chose the option with spa access, 45 minute couples massage and rooftop pool access with chocolates and wine. Each section (pools, rooftop, and massage) are timed out ahead of time and staff will come and find you to tell you when to go to the next activity. We felt completely relaxed after this and enjoyed every minute! All areas were well maintained and clean. Staff were all very helpful. Swimsuits can be provided along with water shoes/slippers to be worn at all times (they do remove them and warm them for during the massage time).

    Amazing massage.. Stressful experience
I'll start off by saying those who are Spanish speaking will not have a problem here, but it is not well adapted for English speakers, hence the stressful experience. The spa itself is very beautiful and luxurious. After being shown to the dressing area, you go into the bath reception area, where you can then spend time before your treatment. As they did not speak good English, it wasn't explained that the baths came before treatment, and so I spent a lot of time trying to ask staff where and when my massage was as it had passed the time I had booked it for, but was left none the wiser. I spoke to multiple other English guests who were also confused and wondering whether they were in the right place. It also wasn't explained that the infinity pool comes after treatment, so after a rush up all the stairs not to miss out on my time there, I was sent back down (after waiting for staff to radio another to find out if I could be there) Staff were not the friendliest either, and made me feel rushed and and a nuisance. I later returned to the infinity pool, after my treatment, but was surprised to be kicked out less than 15 minutes being in there. I hadn't even had time to finish my drink and truffles so was told to finish them in the reception area, which killed the relaxing vibe and defeated the purpose of ordering them. This put a major downer to the end of the day as yet again I was made to feel rushed, so I left the pool and just went home. With that being said, as someone who regularly has massages, this was without a doubt the best and most relaxing massage I've ever had. Despite being in a shared room with multiple people, it didn't take away from the relaxation. I had the 45 minutes Holistic massage with 15 minute exfoliation and highly recommend it. I left feeling smooth and relaxed, and the changing rooms have a very useful bathing suit dryer along with hair dryer and straighteners! I don't expect Spanish organisations to speak English, however due to the high volume of English customers it would be beneficial to have more signs in English or a card explaining how the day operates. Now that I know how things work, I would return and hopefully enjoy a more relaxing overall experience.

    A lovely experience
A very unique building and ambience for a spa experience. Many of the areas such as the water jets, steam room etc you would find in a standard spa, but it is the location that sets it apart. As well as the 'floatarium' - a salt pool in which you can literally float without sinking - a unique and very relaxing thing to do. We were lucky in that the time we booked wasn't too busy so we could enjoy some peace and quiet in each area.

    So relaxing and peaceful
We just did the baths and absolutely loved it. Went at 3pm and maybe that is a quieter time but we often were the only people in the baths. Cannot comment on the massage but we liked being able to use the baths on our own schedule and not feel rushed. The salt pool floating is an absolute must. The ladies changing and showering rooms were clean and very large.

At first glance, the space itself was sublime; really beautiful. Its very large, very Roman/Moorish with big beautiful high wood beamed ceilings, many pools on several levels with temps from ice cold to volcano. Its dark and candlelit with very cool giant low slug chandeliers. There are a lot of wet stairs to navigate in very dim light. They have a small 6 person max warm pool on the rooftop with views of the cathedral which I paid extra for. The sunset was fabulous but we had the same view from our hotel rooftop pool. The overall service was poor. I felt the guest front desk receptionist was borderline rude upon making my reservation and then again when I returned to check-in so my experience started off with a bad vibe; should have trusted my gut but I was really looking forward to this “experience”. Language issue was problematic and the facilities overall were questionable with regard to cleanliness. The lady taking care of the locker room was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The bathroom was VERY unkept and therefore felt dirty. This spa is co-ed and several couples were WAY to intimate for a public space; yuck. Really?! You know they had a room somewhere… None of the employees seemed to care and frankly they cannot see many of the nook and cranny areas unless they got into the pools. Additionally, I received the WORST massage EVER; terrible technique (so light it was annoying) and they make you wear your wet bathing suit (pulled down here and there). The floorboards creak so badly you cannot relax and it is not at all private because they have you lined up on tables with maybe 2 feet of clearance from other customers with only a curtain between you. You can hear them all talking and moving around. After the horrible massage they made me put on the same poor quality wet robe and set me on my way to “enjoy” the rest of my allotted time in the pools. I ended up leaving before my allowed time because frankly I was grossed out. I took a long hot shower when I returned to the sanctuary of our hotel room. Just sayin…

Dear Tracey, We regret that you had that impression of our baths. We want to clarify that we have a non-slip floor, so wet stairs are not a problem. Inform you that access to the rooftop is free. It is a gratuity that we offer with some experiences. We can confirm that we have a cleaning staff that continuously cleans the facilities. For the massages, we offer disposable swimsuits. So, people are dry during the massage. Kind regards, AIRE Ancient Baths Sevilla

The biggest critic to this place is the lack of service and luxury one expects when checking the website, and paying 95 euro per person. In a nutshell if you have been to other high quality spas you are likely to be disappointed on the overall experience.
We were welcomed at the reception by staff that barely spoke to us, asked our name and then threw on the counter the blue plastic, which we figured were for our shoes, and the bracelets. He then pointed us to the inner courtyard where we were to get more info ( the welcome at any fastfood restaurant is friendlier and more professional).
I would expect a warm welcome, at least a smile, and a brief introduction on the place.
Without going into further details, the rest of the staff was better than reception but below expectations.
The pools are very nice, and the roof top pool with view on the cathedral is amazing (we booked at sunset which turned out perfect).
The overall organization is poor. You are told to spend no longer than 15 min on rooftop and then head to the other areas and you get called when the massage is ready, you are never sure when. So you might not have been to all the pools and hamman, and will go back to pools after massage with oil on skin, unless you cut short your visit (which would be a pity considering what you have paid).
The place is very nice. But also very small, no spacious.
The massage was also quite amateurish; really mostly spreading some oil on your body.
The changing rooms lacks of amenities you would expect.
The robe you are given for the entire stay is simple cotton, and not the sponge towel, so it gets wet very quickly.
As we left, no one at the reception said goodbye.
If you haven’t booked yet, I would avoid it.
If you have already booked, you will enjoy the candle lit pools.

Dear NenziG, We regret that you had that impression of our baths. And also, we regret that you have had the impression that we poor organization, but we can sure you that is not like that. Being a place where there is quite affluence of people, we are obliged to have a correct organization so every single person can have a satisfactory experience. We appreciate your comments which will help us to improve our service. We will transmit this information to the corresponding departments to improve. Kind regards. AIRE Ancient Baths Sevilla

Robes are maximum for a size 12 and are very thin . we were there in winter and were very cold in between rooms.
The massage is in a communal room separated by curtains , poor privacy and thin towels to keep you warm.
no one spoke english well enough to answer questions and that's fine but some printed instruction in english would have helped. There are no clocks so we inadvertently spent too long in the floatation room and didn't have enough time for the pools. The roof top pool is the best but for the view. It was very overpriced compared to Uk spa/ thermal experiences , we didn't find it at all relaxing .

This Aire Ancient Baths is tucked away down a street. You know your getting close because you can smell the gorgeous scents within the building.

Our booking was a Sunday evening at 7pm.

I will be honest and say I was a little bit apprehensive, due to the reviews I had read on the Trip Advisor, especially the massages.

I booked the Constellation 45 - It was the full experience of the Baths and a 45 minute massage.

The baths are just stunning, candles everywhere, quite quiet. The experience of the various baths was really enjoyable. I couldn't actually fault that side of things. Clean, relaxing, did not feel rushed. My favourite by far was the Salt/Flotation Bath.

The roof top pool was lovely, what a view. I did take my camera as I wanted just a couple of roof top photos. This unfortunately is not allowed. For other guests privacy (not that I was going to invade their privacy and take pictures of them), but anyhow.

Something else which was a little bit annoying, my package, which was quite expensive, you could have Cava and Chocolates/Or non alcoholic.
Well neither me or my partner drink, so we got a really nice cocktail, but no chocolates. I raised this with reception afterwards and they advised unless you choose alcohol you do not get the chocolates. Well thats disappointing. Being a total chocolate lover !!!

The massage:
I had a massage with Eilya
Yes the massages are in a dark large corridor type room, however there are separators aside each bed and I did not feel uncomfortable at all.
The massage, was it the best I have had, no, however it was perfectly adequate and really enjoyable.

There are drinking stations all around the Baths, juice, water etc, and lovely areas for relaxation.

I am so glad I booked this experience, and for the time we spent there I do feel it was well worth it.

The lockers and changing rooms are lovely, stunning decor and attention to detail.

Yes the robes maybe on the small side for some people, not an issue for me.

What would I change. I would ensure that every package has the chocolates included.

Beautiful experience, what a way to view Seville in all its glory :)

We booked a 10PM couple's experience and really enjoyed it. We thought the price was a great value, especially when compared to the same experience in London. The baths are beautiful and very relaxing, it wasn't too busy that late in the evening and we managed to go through all pools at our own pace without feeling rushed. We loved the salt water pool and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seville and needing a bit of rest from walking around.
There is a small searing area in the middle of the baths in a nice courtyard. there were three small tables so didn't get too noisy and was a great place to have a glass of water or cava.

Really don't understand the negative reviews for this place. We didn't have a massage so I cannot comment on that but our spa experience was excellent.

Many reviews about the staff not being able to speak English, but the staff at check in as well as the staff within the spa were able to communicate with us no problem. If you at least make the effort to ask them if they speak English they will do so with no problem.

Perhaps some people haven't had the process explained to them but it's really not that difficult. You wait in a waiting area until your allotted time, you are called to get changed into your swimwear, then after whatever time you have paid for, they will either call your name or your start time, letting you you know your time is up.

We did a late night (9pm) start and it was great.

It's worth noting, if you only pay for a spa visit, or a certain length massage treatment, you do not have access to the roof top pool.

Myself and my girlfriend visited AIRE baths. We went with the standard €50, 1hr 30 mins experience. The experience as a whole was incredibly and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville for any period of time. The baths available range from cold baths to salt baths. The whole experience was incredibly calming, relaxing and enjoyable.

Building and setting was beautiful all was very clean and tidy.

But it was to busy to Relax people everywhere the communication from staff wasn’t amazing if I’m honest. Never had a time slot they said they would just come and get us this made us feel on edge as if they had forgotten or was going to get us when we was relaxing and never wanted to go. The fruit juice was tasty but warm !.

Roof top poll was nice but to small for the amount of people.

The treatment from the masseuse was very good 👍🏻.

Over all it’s nice but extremely over priced for what you get. I would go somewhere else for your money

Having visited and highly enjoyed the newly-opened AIRE Ancient Baths in London last year, I was keen to try another one on a recent trip to Sevilla. It did not disappoint and was even more enjoyable than our London experience. It felt much less hurried, was quieter and the prices less eye watering! We treated ourselves to a red wine bath which was a very unique experience. Also included in our package was a massage which was very good.

We loved being whisked up to the rooftop after our treatments but beware that it gets very hot up there so I recommend either sticking to the shade or applying some sun protection. It was blazing hot when we visited (35 degrees) and I got quite badly sunburnt as I sat by the edge of the rooftop pool for about 45 minutes. Although visits are supposed to be limited in time, nobody told us we had to leave at a certain time and we met another couple while we were there who had been there for over four hours!

It was such a peaceful, beautiful experience. I highly recommend it if visiting Sevilla.

Overpriced and disappointing 2 hours. “Encouraged by “up-selling” staff to take the extra couple’s treatment that included a hot pool with drink and view of the Cathedral .. it was a 6 seater hot tub overlooking grubby rooftops and then the cathedral (area not overly clean) very poor! The other indoor pools were fine but basic and afterwards we had the 45 minute massage which was lovely. General staff in the baths weren’t very pleasant and overall it was not worth the money
