Puente de Las Chirimias is situated along the Carrera Darro walk and overlooks the esplanade. It was built in 1609 and was used by civic officers to keep an eye on the esplanade where dancing and celebrations often took place.

Pretty and a photo opportunity as you walk down calle duera coming from the Alhambra. Keep going on after to the next bridge cross over and take a drink at the Taberna Tiacheta perch above and watch the world go by
