This place is far from the common tourist circuits and it probay has one of the best seesights of Granada. WIth a ravishing view of the Alhambra, it should be a mandatory visit for anyone tired of the crowded touristic points. It requires a little effort from the legs but the breathtaking sunset image would highly touch your soul

Head up from the Alhambra main access pavilion past the car parks on your left and then at the roundabout before the cemetery on your left there is a road closed with a bar but open to bikes or pedestrian access. It's an easy walk to Silla del Moro, a castle of which there is nothing much left, but inside the gates (open Saturdays and Sundays 10-2 and perhaps more depending on the time of year) spectacular views from the Alhambra to Albaicin and Abadia de Sacromonte.

A very unfriendly woman at the ticket house shouted at me that i cannot go one step further, i just wanted to take a picture of the Alhambra from above but yeah she was so annoying i left straight away. Took a picture anyway!
