    Could have stayed all day
This is an easy five out of five. The biodome alone is worth the entrance fee and the cost in any case is really cheap for what you get. The animal section and the space section were both v interesting and we could have stayed for much longer than we did. If you’re tourists with kids looking for something a bit different to going round palaces etc, the museum is perfect.

    Animal Exhibits Like No Other
There were enough exhibits with English translations to make it worth visiting. Lots of children were there. The taxidermy was stunning of animals running as they were chased by predators was worth seeing in and of itself. There was even a taxidermist working at a bench on the upper level!

    Fantastic place!
We visited on Tuesday and the exhibitions are great. Lots of information but even if you don’t want to spend all your time reading, visually it was brilliant. The food hall was interactive and tactile making you consider your daily choices. The animal displays were superb and it was nice to see how they actually make the faux taxidermy look so real! Sadly, we hadn’t booked tickets to the biodomo and it was full, so we decided to come back today (Thursday.) We felt paying for the ticket to the parc itself wasn’t a waste as we ended up wandering through the outdoor garden area and seeing some truly enormous birds of prey. It turned out that we had missed our biodomo slot by nearly an hour (no idea how we did this!) but the staff were really accommodating and didn’t care at all, allowing us straight in. The biodomo itself was worth the double entry cost and I highly recommend anyone visiting the parc pays to see this. The aquarium is stunning with some beautiful fish, sharks and other aquatic animals. I liked how it took you through coral to mangroves and you work your way up into the forest to see the lemurs, birds and reptiles. The one way system is well signposted and there’s plenty of information about the animals and plant life. It’s also not overwhelmingly hot which is a bonus (even when outside is nearly 24/25 degrees.) The gift shop is a bit rubbish and needs more science parc specific items and the reception will happily book you a taxi back to the centre of the city if you don’t want to walk. Thank you!

Parque de las Ciencias has the potential but leads to a frustrating experience.

Firstly, the park's signage is minimal and confusing, making it challenging to locate specific expositions. This poor signage led to a mix-up where I ended up waiting at the 'BioSphere' instead of the 'BioDome', causing me to miss my scheduled entry by just four minutes. Despite the park being relatively empty, the staff was unhelpful and inflexible, insisting that I purchase a whole new ticket for a later time slot, which I later found it was only half full.

Additionally, the planetarium was a letdown. The Dinosaurs movie, which is only offered in Spanish, is unsuitable for a dome screen, resulting in a distorted image, with half the audience watching it upside down (me included).

Half of the park consisted of interactive activities that operated on a restrictive one-hour timeslot and often overlapped, making it challenging to plan a visit encompassing all the attractions and leading to unnecessarily long lines. Further, many of the activities were either closed or out of order.

The restaurant was good, though.

Allow plenty of time to discover the park as it is so interesting with so many different things to see. It will surely appeal to all ages.
Very helpful, informative staff all around the park.
Visited in spring, the indoor facilities are bright and large with interesting exhibits.Although not all facilities were open at the time of our visit there was still plenty to see and do.
Give yourself plenty of time to visit.Plenty of water stations. Well worth booking some areas in advance of your visit at busier times in the season.Cafes offer good selection of foods. Plenty of very clean toilet facilities.
Biodome was first class, although relatively small, it allows viewing the wildlife from many different levels and it is a great place to simply stand and watch all around you.

This place was so amazing and I loved it so much. The park had so many things to do that I ended up having to go back twice. If you are looking for a fun, entertaining and interesting day out this is the perfect place for you and your family. This park is perfect for kids and adults to learn new things and have fun. There are some things that you do need to book if you want to go to certain exhibitions (eg. The bio dome) but this only so that places don’t get too overcrowded and not to cause a nuisance to you. There is something here fore everyone no matter what you like. But make sure you leave plenty of time.

It was amazing. I loved the Biodome where we saw somebody feed the poisonous dart frogs. And all the birds were flying around our heads with the monkeys leaping on the side.

I also really liked the AI display where they had chess (my favourite sport). At the entrance is a black hole demonstration of how a black hole works using a ball that spins around. There is so much to see and do here. We went on 2 days and spent 6 hours on the second day.

I highly recommend this place to small kids and everybody.
