This is a beautiful place to hang out. It is steeped in history. It is wonderful to explore the narrow winding lanes. There are beautiful shops for women and children and lovely jewlery and shoe stores and shops that carry leather goods. There are also many souvenir shops as well as restaurants and cafes around the main square with the orange... The old town of Marbella is centered on the Plaza de Los Naranjos - Orange Square - which in itself is a great place for people watching while you have lunch. To get from the main road through Marbella to Orange Square you will encounter beautiful narrow alleyways with gorgeous bougainvillea plants some which seem to be dozens if not... More

Must admit we didn't know anything about the area. What a joy. Although some of the streets have inclines it is a good area to explore. Plenty of eating choices and prices to match. A must visit area if you're in Marbella. Easy to negotiate around the old town.

A pleasure to walk around these quaint streets and plenty of eating places to suit all budgets. Local people very helpful and lots to see, We allowed ourselves 3-4 hours and still did not see all.

This is a must when you visit Marbella...the boardwalk is ok, bit asany other, while the Old town has a romántica flair and nice architecture, full of places to shop and sip a nice drink..

Beautiful set of small street with lots of white house, shops and a small church. Nice way to spend an hour or two walking around and sightseeing before going to the beach.
