Just an amazing little place. One of the oldest bars in Malaga, the service and banter from the 2 guys serving was brilliant. They let us go behind the bar for photos and were happy to suggest wines and were super friendly. The wine is...More

We looked this place out on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed. Our friendly bar man suggested a dry sherry to start which cost €2.40 !!!!!!! for two . They write your bill tab on the wonderful wooden bar top which had been...More

unpretentious, cheap and not trying too hard. We really had a good time here. some of the wines on offer are tooth rottingly sweet, so choose carefully, but for a quick pick me up after some mooching about, this was the very thing. Sweet wine...More

Here ATM Big choice of wines and sherries from the barrel. Packed with Spanish we are the only Brits, very authentic. Two sherries from the battel 2.40 euros, very nice.

Loved the vibe of the bar! not to mention the great wine we tried. So many barrels of wine to try the gentleman that worked there were very helpful. The prices are great. A must see and try of this historical bar founded in 1840....More

Founded in 1840 it is claimed to be the oldest bar in Malaga and touted as a must see. It is certainly very interesting. First impressions were of a place that was not too clean but that is because of the age of the fixtures...More

Amazing place, try the pajarete 1908 straight from the barrel. If you only came in for one, you'll quickly change your mind to stay for another. Unspoilt piece of drinking history, all reasonably priced. Also a treat to watch the guys fill 5 glasses with...More

Traditional bar with many barrels of local wines for Malaga. Bar tab is written on the wooden bar in the vibrant atmosphere just off the main road.

I absolutely love this little sherry bar. Great if you're not sure which you prefer too. The tapas is great, love the fresh prawns. It's an excellent experience and one that all sherry lovers really must check out when in Málaga.

Essentially unchanged since 1840, this bar serves only out of the double row of casks behind the bartenders, who will pour you anything you want. Your tab is written in chalk on the old counter, and the glassware is nothing fancy, and everything from the...More

This is a typical bodega. It is standing and it serves a limited number of tapas. It is not a restaurant.
