And it is different with Malaga dulce wine served from the barrel and the barrels make a unique surroundings. Seems like nothing has changed here in 100 years, not even the barman

The Antigua Casa de Guardia is quite unique. A range of Malaga sweet wines served directly from the cask at reasonable prices. The appeal of this place is its old style and down to earth atmosphere, which hasn’t changed since the 19th century! This is...More

Outstanding! The smells and tastes here are incredible! The Moscatel, Vermut, and Pedro Ximenez were simply exquisite! Locals love this place and now we know why. The bar-men are not exactly chatty but if you hang in here for a few tastings they’ll warm up...More

This is a bar that sells wine. There are barrels of wine lined up behind the bar, no one speaks English but do the best you can. It was so much fun, one of the bartenders was kind of a grumpy older gentleman. I made...More

Excellent wines and sherries served in an ancient bar where your bill is written in front of you in chalk on the bar.

This is a typical bodega. It is standing and it serves a limited number of tapas. It is not a restaurant.
