My husband and I spent a lovely afternoon with Lynsey at La Rosilla, learning about the local area, local foods, and how to make a killer rice dish. Lynsey is delightful, charming, funny and a great instructor. From drinks with delicious lemon cookies to padron pepper roulette, to preparing all of the ingredients for the paella, to sherry and nibbles and a simply smashing lunch with great wine, we were engaged and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Looking forward to replicating at home, and savoring our memories.

Our paella class with Lynsey was one of the major highlights of our Spain vacation. The ambiance is tranquil and breath taking. Lynsey is knowledgeable and friendly. She shared many tips that we will use on the next paella we make at home. The paella was absolutely delicious, she guided us each step of the way. Everything we ate was a delicious experience (appetizers, home made bread, lemon cake and yogurt). We will never forget this experience!! Thank you Lynsey for welcoming us into your lovely home, God bless you.

We spent a wonderful afternoon at La Rosilla learning how to make paella. Lynsey was a great host who made us feel really welcome. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local produce and how to prepare it. We made a delicious seafood paella which was then served on her lovely terrace with the most spectacular views. We would definitely recommend it and will be booking another experience soon. Thank you Lynsey for such a perfect day.

The day we spent with Lyndsey was by far the highlight of our trip to Spain! She was a perfect tour guide as we visited Colmenar and then drove to her home in the mountains. We learned so much about Spanish traditions when cooking and enjoyed the dishes she presented. Can't wait to try her amazing recipes now that we are home.

We had a wonderful day at La Rosilla, the food was delicious and the hostess gave us a wonderful and educational time. The property and the view are beautiful. This was exactly what we were looking for! We would recommend anyone to book an activity at La Rosilla.

Our business group had an amazing experience with Lynsey and Nell. These ladies were some of the nicest people we met. The location was wonderful, the food was great, and the atmosphere relaxing. This day trip was one of the highlights of our Malaga adventure and all of us would recommend doing this activity. Can't wait to come back!

Wow, this review is so long overdue and honestly I don’t even know where to start. We travel a bunch but this was one of my all time favorite experience. Lynsey is the warmest host for this cooking class at her beautiful home in the mountains. She was so kind to our toddler who loves to get into everything and was incredibly knowledgeable about regional food and ingredients. We loved our meal with her and still make many of the recipes often at home. This cooking class is unlike any other I’ve taken and was so personal and warm. If you’re considering going to la Rosilla then I strongly recommend you book.

The whole class was so much fun and we learned plenty about cooking using Spanish ingredients and recipes. Our host and her daughter were knowledgable and charming and we really enjoyed eating the products of our labour on the beautiful terrace with spectacular views.

Went as a family and brought kids! The views are incredible and the class was so fun and kid friendly! Loved hearing their story of how they ended up in Spain and their lifestyle. So grateful to meet such amazing people and the food was incredible!! All local and fresh!
