Beautiful village, perfect for families with small children, golfers and people wanting a quiet and amazing beach on Costa del Sol. Close to Gibraltar, Sotogrande, Estepona, Marbella and Tarifa. We keep coming back.

Nice clubhouse. Golf carts don't always have enough charge to get you past the 17th green. Challenging course with some jungle between tee and fairway. Popular with Germans. Good views of Gibraltar.

We stayed one night in Alcaidesa, with 24 hours golf included and whilst the golf was good, this resort is a classic example of Spanish over building. We stayed August 22, high season, no cars in the streets and many full blocks of appartments with...More

We bought an apartment in Alcaidesa last year and it has been fantastic. The area is lovely, on the Costa Del Sol (about 1 hour drive to Marbella) but still very Spanish. The beach is very special with white sands for miles. You can walk...More
