Great views from terrace. Camera obscura is a lot of fun but a bit dizzying. The staff is very friendly and the camera guide was interesting and informative.

The view from the roof is fantastic. The camera obscura show is worth doing and the presenter’s English was excellent. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but hey, it was a watchtower. We managed to climb up on a Seniors discount ticket...More

Torre Tavira with its Camera obscure offers a great view of Cadiz. Close to the market (my fave place of Cadiz) it’s worth a look. Check early for a tour in your language, we ran out of time and did it in German. It costs...More

I didn't actually pay the 5 euros to look at camera obscura. So I only looked at the tower from the outside. Back in the day, this one one of the principal lookout towers and the highest point at 45m. Now it's a landmark of...More

This former watchtower is only 45 metres above sea level, but was the highest point of the city when it was built. The view from the top terrace is still pretty spectacular but be aware there are a lot of stairs and no lift if...More

This is an excellent example of the towers of Cadiz, you can climb to the top for great views and then get a demonstration of the camera which is amazing. Don't miss out.

I'm still in awe at the Camera Obscura. Well worth the entrance fee and really unique experience. The view from the top is also incredible and a don't miss all in itself!

Torre Tavira is easy to visit. They only allow a certain number of visitors to enter the tower. But that's necessary because the surface on the tower top is very small. It's really worth it.

€5 to go to the top for fabulous open air views of Cadiz. If a sunny day don’t miss it. Worth the money.

They seem to run very frequently I'd say about every 30 minutes, but the problem is that it may not be in your language every 30 minutes. Although this would not be ideal I still think you'd enjoy the camera obscura. No need... More
