The synagogue in Cordoba is a single small room with antechamber and entrance courtyard. Admission is free, but the visit to the highly decorated main room will take no more than 10 minutes and the information on site is limited. All the same it is...More

It is small and only one of three pre Inquisition mosques left in Spain. The other two are in Toledo. It is very small and the theory is that it belonged to a private family. It is small, but if you read the information on...More

A small Synagogue, one of only three pre Inquisition remaining in Spain. Well restored/maintained, a little bit of descriptive information. Not architecturally significant. If the topic of Spain's former Jewish population isn't of interest, probably not worth a stop. If it is, in combination with...More

Very small but very old. Some great interior ornamental stonework and inscriptions. Well worth calling in as you pass by.

A small but must-see part of a visit to Cordoba. Intricate carvings on the walls. A very simple and short in-and-out experience that takes no time at all to get to and is easy to find.

Almost nothing to see, really a waste of time...Just two rooms with almost no historical heritance. With all due respect it´s not worth your visit.

I'm not sure what is going on but after 30 minutes of navigating with a lousy tourist map, we finally found the synagogue. It was closed without explanation and the outside is certainly not worth the effort to find it.

Abandoned and empty, it evoked the sadness of a people lost to this city and country. The building is unimpressive and empty and is only open for very limited hours.

I didn't see anything about when it will reopen. It looked like they were doing construction when we were there, and I was assuming they would reopen. I hope they do.
