Most didn't appeal - which is just personal - but well worth a visit for the Barros pictures, and those of his son Torres, who is displayed more fully across the courtyard in the other half of the former convent/hospital. Interesting graffiti labyrinths on the...More

I really liked the fact that there were works from the contemporary artist of the area. This is not something you see in small museums in small towns so yes, it's good for a short visit. It's free anyway

Completely overshadowed by the Museo Julio Romero de Torres with which this one shares a delightful courtyard. Art was not that inspiring and having been there I now know that I wouldn't have missed much by not having visited. Art however is subjective and because...More

This museum is housed in the former Hospital of Charity and has an excellent collection of Spanish paintings from the 15th to the 19th centuries. Worth seeking out.

Much religious art, as you would expect, but also some landscapes and some portraits, so something for everyone.

This was quite difficult to find with poor signage on the way and the museum itself was quite incognito! Paintings were well displayed in chronological order. Good size and number of exhibits.

Enjoyed some of the art pieces and the museum provided a breath of cool air from the midday sun. Was free entry, so can't complain re: the pricing, although would be less inclined to enter if it was more than a couple euros.
