Pleasantly cool under the trees, with a vibrant buzz of people having a coffee, an ice-cream or looking in the shoe and clothes shops. Don't miss it.

Lovely place to walk & people watch - it has plenty of shops, bars & cafes to enjoy although we were very surprised at how quiet it was at around 10pm on our return walk!

Our early evening walk along the Paseo de Almeria started near the water and we strolled uphill. Fountains, shopping, restaurants, cafes and gelaterias. Great photo ops and people watching.

Paseo de Almeria is worth a stroll. Countless little boutiques & cafes with a million points where you can watch the world amble by. It's close to the various points of interest too. So, park the car & stroll.

This is a great city with lovely palm trees, water fountains and spacious walkways. It is a planned city meaning it is practical and beautiful, this area is definitely worth a walk down, you can take great photos or sit down by the palm trees.

Worth a stroll down to the Cervantes teatro and back. A long pleasant paseo that stretches down to the beach. Good for shopping but horror of horrors, no El Corte Ingles! Some branded shops like Massimo Dutti. One gastro shop for hams and charcuterie that...More

These reviews confuse the real Paseo de Almeria which is the main shopping street with one way traffic, well trimmed "round" trees, many beautiful old kiosks and many bars, cafes and restaurants with the Paseo Maritimo Carmen de Burgos which is along the seafront and...More
