Danevirke Museum

Thorough and detailed history of events leading up to 1864 BUT only if you speak Danish or German. Lovely situation and a very pleasant restaurant next door!

The place itself is very interesting in terms of History, but the Museum seems to be under redevelpment as it was closed during "appearant" normal hours. The remains of the wall are quite impressive but, also, were a bit unattended and in need of better signaling

The museum provides a nice overview of the attraction and after that, you can stroll around the fortification wall afterwards. There are some spots where you can still see the actual bricks. Was nominated for the World Cultural Heritage list.
