This tram goes over the Rhine river and takes you up to a gaunt fortress. Every other car has a viewing glass area that looks straight down.

Did this trip as our river cruise vessel had sailed under it so we had to go in it. Return trip was around £8. No queues, went straight on.

Took the cable car across the Rhine river up to the fortress. There was a mid evil festival going on. Very nice ride (13 Euro 2-way). Highly recommend.

Cablecar gives you excellent views of the Rhine and the vineyards underneath it. A bit scary as there are no windows!!

Great but short trip between Rhein shores! Safety and comfort way to the Festung. I just can’t get enough 😊
