The peaks of the collection including Van Gogh, Otto Dix, Chagall, Rodin and many other important artists are impressive. The Munch exhibition was rather small beyond expectations. I visited here for watching Renoir's painting. This is better than I had expected. Except for Renoir, there are some good impressionists work. In this museum, there are some free-day. Please check before visiting.

Very nice museum. Van Gogh, Renoir, Monet. A lot of well known paintings. A lot of security guys and all of this - for free.

the old and new wings of the museum go very well together due to chipperfields great architecture. even if it is crowdy (which happens frequently) you hardly feel unconfortable because of the natural light which always appears through huge glas walls.
