The Schlossturm is an iconic landmark in Dusseldorf that if you walk down the River Rhine Prominade towards Burgplatz and the magnificent Old Town you cannot fail to see. This is the only remaining section of the old City Palace which burnt down in 1882...More

Stunning museum on the banks of the Rhein. It is a unique structure that overlooks the famous river and details a lot of history. Beautiful building in a beautiful location on a beautiful river.

This is an icon definitely worth seeing. Very pretty place to visit. A good place to learn some of Dusseldorf's history.

3/4 floors its an amazing tower situated overlooking the Rhine just on the edge of the old town in a large square. it was closed when i visited but well worth a visit just for the architecture of it.

The castle burned down in the 19th century but the tower was saved and is now a nice shipping museum.
