This is a lovely stroll, great boardwalk along the Rhine. Whether it’s daytime or nighttime, you can enjoy a moment of peace, either wandering around, jogging or taking photographs along the promenade.

This revamping of the docks area has made a great place for a Rhine river stroll. It gets packed on summer evenings but was atmospheric in winter and worth the wander

The Old Town is worth visiting and, at its edge, so is the promenade along the river. It is a well-kept and attractive area, although the rive and the bank on the other side, is rather boring. My only beef is that there could be...More

A beautifully located promenade along the banks of the river Rhine. A lot of restaurants and pubs in the summer there must be a great atmosphere. The sunset was fantastic.

The longest bar in Germany they say. It does offer you a nice view on the mighty river Rhine and all the activity going on. Plenty of choice, good food and drinks.

The promenade was withing close walking distance of our hotel and provide easy access to the riverfront. A number of river cruise options are available and the beautiful riverside buildings provide a very nice view of the historic Rhein River. Lots of history here.
