This walkway along the Rhine extends from the Old Town down as far as the Rheinturm, TV tower. There are benches along the way and restaurants where you can stop for a bite to eat. A very popular pass time for Germans and other Europeans.

We had just arrived in Düsseldorf and this one of of the first places we found ourselves. It’s lovely, so much to see, and dogs are welcomed!

We enjoyed it so much that we walked along it twice. A great link between the south end of the old town and back up again the to the centre.
