Quite a plain building except for the bell tower on top. We were intrigued by the connection of St Ursula to the UK and the fact that there are nuns living in the adjoining buildings.

This is one of the 12 romanesque churches in the city. Architecturally, it is not the nicest. There are a few frescoes left in the church as well as lots of statues. The altar houses the reliquary of St Ursula. However, the reason to visit,...More

I had read up about the beautiful Church Of St Ursula and couldn't wait to visit here. The church is quite beautiful but it's the wonderful and macabre story behind the church and the eerie ossuary which allegedly hold the bones of St Ursula and...More

I read about this church online and because it was only a10 minute stroll from our hotel near the main train station we thought it was worth checking out. I'm glad we did as this is not your average church. The church itself is free...More

This place is worth a visit. It is not the most ornate church but is beautiful in it's own right. It is dedicated to St. Ursula who has a real interesting story.
