The tour in all was not my thing (perfumes and such is not really what peaks my interest) but the way it was brought by the actor/ English tour guide was awesome! He talked like he know everything about the "eau de Cologne" and he...More

Let me start my saying, I am not a fragrance person. This may be from working in a fragrance free environment for many years. This said, the process of making the scents is interesting. My partner, however, did manage to come away with some interesting...More

I went there for a guided visit of the museum which is definitely a must see of the city. It’s a plunge into the start of the factory and the intuition of a man whose perfumes are soon to be sold across Europe.

Once found I felt that it was not worth the bother. Focus is on upselling you on their perfume, which is to be expected but not how I choose to spend my time.More

Visit the Farina Fragrance museum and discover the history of Eau de Cologne and its origins. Learn about some of the history of the Farina family business, the first perfume manufacturer in Cologne and you'll receive a free sample of Eau de Cologne.

The tour guide was kind and knowledgable, but the "museum" is teeny and low budget. And the tour could be done in 15-20 minutes max.
