The Botanical Garden Bielefeld is quite small compared to other botanical gardens but it's a wonderful place to wander, watch humbling bees and enjoy the sun and flowers.

We thought this was a beautiful small botanical garden. Many countries are represented. The care taking is immaculate. It is wheel chair accessible, but one could get a workout with the hills.

I walked from the Sparrenburg to the Botanic Garden in about 20 mins at average pace. It's a lovely corner with a traditional German half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus) benches and beautiful gardens. I would guess Maytime would be the best time to visit as you would...More
