Very cool town hall, much nicer than our government buildings in Australia. It took so long to build that one side has a different architectural style than the other side.

This "Rathaus" is an impressive building at the market, which is surrounded with historic buildings and a huge fountain at the square. The townhall is/was connected with other histiric religious buildings close to it at the Katsch square. Recommended!

The Rathaus (City Hall) is part of the Charlemagne buildings from the year 800. It is really history live.

We didn't get a chance to dine there but it was very busy and is very popular Google it or find it on Tripadvisor and book accordingly. Have a good time in Aachen.
