Check out the fern house for lovely tropical gardens and luscious greenhouses. There's also a cute cafe in the gardens.

We ran out of things to do at the zentrum so we went there. It's nice, and has plenty greenhouses to explore. Also a botanical café inside, with tables both inside and outside. I imagine is way more beautiful in spring.

I just got done looking at this and I must say, this was one of the best attractions in Hanover and a nice lay out of the gardens. I wish and hope to visit there in the spring through Fall as the winter time we were missing so much of the flowers and colors as you would see those months.... More

A nice walk in a calm area, with wide variety of colourful flowers and plants. All the plants and trees are labelled and provide information, which will interest those with a botanical background. There is also a nice cafe inside. Very peaceful and aesthetic.

We enjoyed the drinks and food and very gentle people who worked there. Of course it is nicer in the summer time because of the place it is located but even in winter it was lovely and cosy.

Managed by the students in the nearby university. Visiting the pond area with the noisy frogs was a delight! There is another less developed garden sight near to the far uni campus that's well worth seeing too. Go into the greenhouse it should be renamed 'hotbouse'!

A very cozy place for people loving nature and plants particularly. Situated not far from the university and taken care of by students, I believe. A nice place to hide from hot weather, entry free

A must do when in Göttingen! The garden is absolutely gorgeous and only very little people are around. Nothing big enough to spend even half a day here but good for one or two hours.

If you want to relax in the midst of a busy little town this is a place to visit. VERY nice garden, washed with colors of beautiful flowers, lovely trees and interesting greenhouses. Whether you like gardening yourself (I do) or just want to enjoy a well kept and well organized garden, this is your destination. Highly recommended, and what... More
