A tranquil place with amazing views and a lot of history. The story of Hildegard von Bingen is really interesting. The views down the Rhine valley with all the vineyards is certainly one of a kind.

Do not eat at their bistro. Expected good "Nun-Cooking", but no, subleased & very mediocre. The only thing we enjoyed there: The nun's wine. Ecxcellent

The monastery was rebuild in "historistic style" in about 100 years ago. So the pillars are hardly original, but set there for "decorative" purposes, as usual in this period.
