This museum opened October 7, in a new building designed specifically for these exhibits. The beginning features a snow globe of incredible interest - have to see it to experience the technology and Frankfurt history. Also the film showing the behind the scenes of the...More

We ventured there during a rainy day, part of the museum was closed but it was still worth the time, the exhibits were very interesting and we had a blast. The great part was the free entrance

This is a modern museum in the new museum quarter of Frankfurt. Nice design and layout. Nice facilities with a good cafe in the basement. Payment is required and if history is your subject this is worth a visit.

The building is also historical. 1-2 minutes walking to romer place. It has %50 discounted entrance fee with city card. Most of the collections of museum is dominated by princes and citizens. The museum has four floors.

I cannot preise this museum enough - so ok it doesnt have blockigster exhibits- the Master painters of a Renaissance building. BUT following an extensive overhaul, addition of new buildings, a complete Behang and some very clever displays it is one of the greats in...More

I didn't have high expectations since I am not really a fan of historical museums. And the 1st floor was a disappointment. Paintings... Nothing I want to spend my time on. However on the other three floors there were other collectors stuff like coins, weapons,...More
