My wife and I spent our full day FRA transit at Taunus Therme in Bad Homburg. It was a great experience! About 20 min taxi from the airport to the spa town of BH (€50) or you could take the S-bahn for less but about an hour. The day ticket price was great. They rent towels if you need. Lots... More

Excellent sauna experience with many choices. A 4 hour stay for 20 euro is very reasonable. Taunus Therme also offers a wet bar and having a beer as you are relaxing after a sauna was very enjoyable. Also Taunus has the auffguss ceremony. It puts the cherry on top of your sauna experience. Our guide was Dirk and he is... More

Only the saunas upstairs are nude. All the pools and hot spas are for people with suits so it is very family friendly. Pool goes between inside and outside, I liked the inexpensive massage as well as the whole facility. It is not Baden-Baden, but for a non-touristy mineral spa near Frankfurt, it is a good choice. Two hours is... More

Amazing place, very relaxing with many saunas both dry and wet, to choose from. Varying degrees of temperature in the saunas ranging from 60c to 105c. So good for the new and hardened sauna lovers. 0ne wet room had heated seats which was very pleasant, Plenty of places to relax and forget about your worries. The staff were very friendly... More

We compared this with the posher Kur-Royal spa nearby and decided to go with the cheaper option, but in a format we were vaguely familiar with. It was a fun experience, perhaps a lot less "serious" than the posher spas, with the "flume" channel in the outdoor pool my favourite part. The loungers filled up with people's towels and robes... This was my first time to an European bath house so once I got used to the culture shock, I had a great time. It was very relaxing and perfect after a day of heavy walking and day after international travel! If your hotel has robe, bring that and towel so you don't have to rent them there.

I had a good time all I can say is that if you just want to spend a few hours relaxing in the pool or hot tub then this is great, water not very hot ,the hot tub areas are hotter, the saunas are not for anyone with inhabitions there are a few saunas next to the pool for the... More

Hello everyone, Yesterday we decided to visit the Bad Homburger Taunus Thermen. As a big SPA lover, I was very excited to spend the whole day there. Probably that's why I was so disappointed. I just expected more for that price! It's really overpriced! There are three swimming pools, full with kids, which is ok, but you should not expect... More

Me and my girlfriend visit more then 30 years almost every year in the taunus therme , and we were this September 5 times, we were surprised to see broken hooks near the shelving and the water place for the legs. The water pressure was very slow and unfunctioning, there are no english translation on the signs for each place.... More
