Very informative. Very fun. Very interactive. Reasonably priced considering the length of time you are in there and all the chocolate that one makes/samples. A great experience - a must for chocoholics!

First of all, if you don't know German fluently, go only for English tour. It's more packed, but on s German tour no English guidebook will help you. Funny enough, there's some discrepancy in German and English-speaking tours, probably, that depends on the guide. The...More

We took in a tour this afternoon. We were restricted to the 1.45 tour as it was the only English tour available and we unfortunately do not speak German. Our guide (Karina I think her name was) was excellent, she was very friendly and knowledgeable....More

This was one of my favourite things I did in Hamburg. The tour was informative, fun and a great experience. It gave me a whole new appreciation for chocolate making! Highly recommended.

I really like it, is very interesting, you can taste different types of chocolate and if you've never been in the Ecuador before, is great for you because they explain you very well so you don't feel lost

I was very disappointed by this activity. I thought it would be a tour of a working chocolate factory, but it's not. It's really just a crowded tourist attraction. We visited on a Saturday, and signed up in advance for the English language tour at...More

Tour gives a great overview of the chocolate making process, with samples of the various steps in the process spread throughout (plus a custom bar to take home). Very informative and well set up. There are only a couple English tours a day, so plan...More

It is part of the tour! Everyone on the tour gets to make their own 'designer' chocolate bar. It bakes during the tour and you pick it up at the end of the tour. Enjoy!
