This place is very nice and very interesting. I feel like I could spend a couple of days there, just to really get down into the detail, because there is so much to see. Only downside for me, is that it is very crowded there,

Fantastic place to visit, especially if the weather is not good. You could spend as long as you like looking at the model towns, cities, airports etc that are laid out across a couple of floors of one of the old warehouses. A must if...More

This place is fascinating for all ages. We must have spent about 4 hours there and could still have stayed for longer. So much detail and you have to see everything in day and night scenes as they dim the lights every 15 minutes. Lots...More

Just one word: SUPER!! Buy a ticket online in advance, it’s very popular. Try to go when there are no children, if you want to look in peace, if you don’t go with kids I mean.

Fun to go, no matter your age! There is incredible detail in the displays, with plenty of opportunity to interact with them. My whole family went and could have spent even longer, with many floors covering all of Europe in the designs!

This is an amazing place a must do with or without kids. I have never seen anything like it. It goes from day to night time, they have a replica of the Hamburg airport with working planes, the swiss alps, and so much more.

A beyond outstanding model railroad setup. Many, many different locals from all over Europe. The airport was amazing, as were several of the different areas. Be aware; the building can get very crowded and then hard to see the displays. The claim is "the largest indoor...More

There are so many little details which are fun, dramatic or astonishing! Everything is lit up, especially during the night scenes which happen like every 10mins? The airport is great: planes move automatically and can even start and land (at that moment, sticks come out...More

Amazing place, fun for people of all ages. The creators show great attention to detail, but also sense of humour and imagination: They combine facts and actual miniature "replicas" with creatures straight from fairy tales... Just keep your eyes wide open, and look closely! You...More

Yes, pre book your tickets and do your research ahead of time about how to get to there from and to the hbf. There will be a little walking as well. No use arriving early for your time slot, so research well beforehand.
