Wouter did a very good job, good overview of Berlin. Group was a little too large. Hard to keep track of every one.

Our guide was courteous and very keen to share his knowledge. No question went unanswered. At the same time we didn't feel overwhelmed with information. Well done.

Both the Discover Berlin tour and the Sachsenhausen concentration camp tour were truly incredible in their own unique ways, and I would highly recommend newcomers to Berlin to take these trips (We did them on two separate days, as we felt that would be less...More

Tour guide Rachel, a young Californian with the social skills one would expect of a sorority valley girl was the most useless guide on a dismally pathetic tour. Her introduction that what we all thought of as German food was Barvarian and that Berlin really...More

If you want a good introduction to the history and some main sites of Berlin, this is a very good choice. Our guide, Xavier, was knowledgeable and energetic. The tour is listed as 3.5-4 hours; ours lasted a bit over 4 hrs.

Our guide, Jonny, was very knowledgeable and had a great Bristish wit. He was from England but had lived in Berlin for several years. The walking tour lasted for about 4 hours with a stop for coffee and kuchen. We learned a lot about Berlin...More

Our tour guide Nathan was very knowledgable; responsive to questions; and moved us around at a nice pace--not rushed, not dawdling. Great way to see Berlin on Day One.

Two friends and I took the Sachsenhausen Concentration camp tour on Sat 20th May. Our tour guide was Darren, a PhD student with a wealth of knowledge on Nazi Germany. Although the topic is a challenging one, the experience of the day was immensely powerful....More

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of
the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party
hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is
palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter
are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may
find a bar with international crowds, electronic
music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other,
an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit

Very comfortable walking shoes! Depends what time you arrive and whether you can get on to an organised walk which will cover all the key places in about three hours. The walk that covers the Nazi regime stays is excellent... More

You could get on the open top tour bus, they run every 10 minutes and the round trip is 2hours, taking in all the main sights, good value for money. You can catch the bus on the main road past museum island

I'll be n Berlin, first timer, next week. Interested in the discover berlin tour, to get the highlights first but also intetrested in the Third Reich tour. Are these compatible timewise and do they overlap sites? Thank you.
