A really cool place to sit in the sunshine for a few lazy afternoon drinks. Loved the laid back atmosphere, helped along by the beautiful flowers and vintage furniture. It seemed to be a really popular place for tourists and locals alike.

We arrived there by chance, while wandering around Friedrishain, and we just loved the vintage atmosphere, with nice stalls selling original postcards, second hand objects and tshirts. There is a climbing wall on a tower as well! We had a glass of wine and beers,...More

Arrived here about midnight with a group of six guys. None of us loud or drunk in anyway and got refused entry into every bar. No reason at all, just wouldn't let us in. Utterly pointless going!

A place where you can find food, different attractions and good music. A must-go place! There are plenty of food-options to have and plenty of sports activities from skating to rock-climbing. Neue Heimat is like the liberated area of Berlin!

Came here with some friends, not expecting it to be as cool as it was (from only reading other peoples reviews on here), but totally loved the vibe. Great music and some excellent places to chill. Can't wait to come back!

We went here for some drinks. It's one of the coolest places in Berlin at this moment. Nothing fancy but with its industrial looks and feel a great place for a night out, some drinks or something to eat. Very varied people which are all...More

It is a great place to hang out. Diverse music. It is very spacious. You cannot find a place like this in the netherlands. I think you will only find a place like this in berlin.

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of
the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party
hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is
palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter
are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may
find a bar with international crowds, electronic
music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other,
an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit
