Helmut Newton's photography is well known through his fashion shots for Vogue, etc. so I knew what to expect. However, it was a revelation to see his wife's portraits. AKA as Alice Springs, June Newton's portraits are fantastic. I loved a series of pictures taken...More

We spent a good couple of hours in the beautifully presented galleries. The 'Leaving is Entering' exhibition from 1961-68 we found particularly engaging.

Always impressed with Helmut Newton, I was excited to see this. And I was more than impressed. It was well set out, great works! Would definitely recommend it if you are interested in fashion, photography and legends.

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through
the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which
lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood.
Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city:
upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades
and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone
streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through
little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
