The castel itself is a gem by Schinkel. The interiors are very remarkable, the statues and furniture exquisit, and the surrounding park is very beautiful. BUT do not espect them to be welcoming. No signs to take you to the castel, not a real ticket...More

The natural surrounding, the castle itself with its famous architecture and the guided tour through the castle by the descendants of the Humboldt family (still living there) is an extraordinary experience!
