I loved my visit to the brucke and highly recommend the trip out to see it. It is only a small collection so allow an hour tops. I don't normally venture into the bus network whilst travelling abroad but the buses in Berlin are really...More

Although the name of the Museum translates to Bridge, the Museum has nothing to do with bridges. It is home to the artwork of the German Expressionist movement.

Out of the way so get your directions sorted, but this gallery is a gem. Loved the paintings after the rather stodgy art in the main galleries. if you are in Berlin for more than a couple of days you must not miss this!

This museum is difficult to get to, a bit out of the way but definitely worth a visit as the collection is excellent on Modern/Expressionist German masters. However the permanent collection is not on view in separate galleries, the museum organizes exhibits in which they include...More

Gorgeous small gallery near Grunewald park. Despite being in a quiet out of the way area, it worth the trip.

The museum is beautiful, built in the 60's, and there are always interesting exhibitions. Today we saw the current NOLDE exhibition which was extremely fascinating. Emil NOLDE is a painter who has fascinated me for a long time. Here there were works dating from 1901-1950....More
