Worth the time. Library, Philharmonie, church, etc. Surely a nice place to admire modern cultural buildings-architecture.

Kulturforum itself is only a name - there are two excellent museums: Gemaeldegalerie and Kunstgewerbe Museum, and there is also the Philharmonie. Even in the St. Matthäus church there are always exhibitions.

Went for the Testing exhibition. Really great and in a excellent exhibition site. Easy parking. Not crowded. Good spot for the right exhibition.
