I have been to a few museums regarding the Holocaust but this one left me feeling the evil oozing out of the walls. It was hard to imagine 15 people discussing the logistics of deportation and mass murder over a ninety minute period then having lunch. A very beautiful estate that contradicts itself by the evil taken place. In my... More

Extremely thought provoking to think what went on in this building seventy odd yea s ago. It is situated in a quiet suburb of villas - what did the local residents think ??

This is a must see in the world. Having been to Auschwitz, and witnessed what happened and then to travel to a wonderful part of Berlin to this beautiful piece of architecture where it all began is.... well ... words fail me. The history of what we all know about is well documented and the displays are very informative, but... More

This is well worth the effort to get to. Another sobering reminder of one of the darkest chapters in history.

This museum is the actual site of the infamous Wannsee Conference when the 'final solution' was made official. This is a chilling reminder of the power and might of hate and fascism and is a must see for everyone who cares about the future of mankind.

This museum is much smaller and less flashy than other museums in Berlin but it is still well worth the trek to Wannsee. The day I visited two of the rooms happened to be closed for renovation but this didn't diminish the experience at all; the two rooms seemed to be about Hitler's rise to power and that is information... Have wanted to visit the house for a long time. A beautiful villa with a very dark historical moment. The museum is very informative, one needs about 3 hours to read all the interesting information, see numerous photos and visit all the rooms open to public. The staff are nice and helpful, can even call you a taxi in case you... An attractive villa, set beside a beautiful lake in an enviable residential area, yet within its walls great evil was planned. The exhibition showing how antagonism towards those of the Jewish faith ran though society for hundreds of years is comprehensive and compelling. Such an important site, and so easy to reach, S-Bahn to Wannsee and then 10 minutes, if... More

Not only for telling the story of the infamous conference but in telling the story of the aftermath. Its important that these places exist to ensure that the events are never forgotten.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location, sullied by the evil it hosted. The house is stren with boards that try to explain the process and suffering arising from the decisions taken at this meeting in this house.
