This is an unusual place in which to see concerts. The building houses a workshop specialising in restoration of historic instruments which appear to be pianos. The raised area forming a stage does have several pianos in various states of repair including a fine concert...More

What a wonderful and unique way to experience classical music. The venue is essentially a warehouse, with several pianos and paintings on the wall, and chairs for people to sit on. And then there is music... in our case Claire Huangci, a talented young American...More

This is a very fun and relaxing way to see a part of Berlin most tourists do not see - the local artist scene. In a small, cozy warehouse, decorated with querky old pieces of pianos and other vintage deco, we enjoyed a lovely evening...More

Imagine a huge warehouse full of period pianos and score ledgers and wood and tools... in this amazing location you’ll be treated to a concert of classical or jazz music. Excellent acoustics and... complimentary drinks! A must-see in Berlin’s Wedding.

Advance booking for their concerts is essential. Located in an actual piano resotoration workshop, in an edgy corner of Wedding, concerts are held on a minimum-donation basis (15 euros). We saw top-class jazz, with a clientele largely local but including ex-pat UK ands US students....More

This is one of the best hidden gems that we found. Its really a bit far from Central Berlin and is a warehouse where pianos are repaired. It does have a prominent but simple board announcing itself. On nights it can have long lines to hear established or...More

Colleagues took me here for a concert (Mahler - Klavierquartett a-moll; Messiaen - Théme et variations; Schumann - Klavierquintett Es-Dur opus 44) and it was absolutely wonderful! Apart from the incredible talented musicians, the atmosphere in this somewhat chaotic, old piano repair shop is something...More
