This is a lovely big park that we walked to after visiting the Brandenburg Gate. It was nice to stroll in this big green space as the weather was nice. There are several memorials erected there in recent years. Comparisons have been with Hyde Park...More

A space of movement through the city, this garden is a lovely place to walk through and discover hidden statues. Also take a walk along the river. A lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We spent a lot of time walking around the park. It is very large and beautiful. There are nice restaurants and a place where you can rent boats on the water. There is a lovely palace as well as the Victory Column, very beautiful.

This was a peaceful long walk along the forested area (closed for security reasons) on NYE in the dead centre of Berlin.

this is a vast jungle cum garden in European standard. may not be rich with wild life, but very well preserved. the tour buses run beside this garden, in a quiet and calm way. lovely place to spend an hour of solitude.

This is one of several parks in Berlin but my favorite. There are plenty of statues and monuments in the park but the chief feature is nature in the middle of a capital city. Great place for a picnic.

This park is divided up by 4 roads with the Victory cross taking centre stage, you won't be disappointed there are boards up to tell you where you are and a list of what's in each section , there is even an English garden... More
