Really enjoyable tour of Hansa Studios and the Meistersaal. As a U2 fan it was great to see where Achtung Baby started (as seen in their DVD "From the sky down"). Thilo is an excellent guide and has a huge knowledge of all the artists...More

Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can
both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central
neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the
1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around

rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a
carefree life here. An old hospital even became a
hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today

How far do you think the Berlin music walking tour was? My wife and I are visiting Berlin on Friday for the weekend and would love to do this but she had a stroke and struggles to walk a long way without resting periodically.

Sorry. Been away and only just seen this. Lot of walking and a metro ride and stairs so not sure it's your thing. It was a great day though

If you do the Hansa studio tour you do get to go inside. We didn't on the Bowie tour as they were recording in the studio at that time
