A wonderful old town which is actually a walled off castle. There are many beautifully preserved old building which now house quaint shops

We found Rothenburg very beautiful and quaint. Lots of places to stop and eat. We had lots of ice cream due to the heat!!! Lots of tourists around but only to be expected. All in all certainly worth a visit!

Rothenburg old town is extremely quaint and oozes character. From the cobbled streets to the city walls, this is a great place to visit.
