After trying to get to Fussen for a very long time on a very winding road, we had to wait nearly 45 minutes before we got to the street that would take us to a parking space. There were no spaces, lines of cars were...More

This was a lovely find whilst mooching around Fussen but only for the views and something else to wander around as a break from the shops, but we couldn't go in any of the rooms and there was scaffolding everywhere and no one around- but...More

We arrived here late afternoon. The town has plenty of shops, restaurants and accommodation. Following a sudden long peal of bells we walked up to the castle which has fake ornamental features painted on it. There are mountain views from the town.

This castle is right by the more popular one. It is very cool in itself and is much older. It is up on a hill and over the town. It's an easy walk up. Worth the time.

Expensive and very short guided tour, which ignored some important aspects of the castle. The owners appear to be exploiting the many visitors

You will just visit the place, because there isn't much more to see, but you are going to find a place that looks much more as an open exhibit than a museum. No highlights at all. I took 10 to 15 minutes to visit it

There's a small charge to visit the interior of the place but to be honest, it's nice enough just to visit the entrance way and courtyard of you're on a budget.

The outside of this building is amazing the paintings make it look like there are balconies and shutters. The interior is not all that impressive but it is worth the walk to see.

This is a little focused-upon gem in the city. You can walk here from the train station and is definitely worth the time if you have some. It's near the pedestrian area, up the hill (you can't miss it.) It's free to walk around and...More
