This was one of the best botanical gardens we visited. The thematic organization of the plants was easy to follow. There was a large variety of plants to enjoy. On a nice day, it's an absolute pleasure. We combined this with a visit to the...More
This is a great place to come at all times of the year ,but it can be fun to visit the tropical greenhouses in winter when it is cold and grey outside . A couple of hours walking around in the warmth and looking at...More
it was October, so i wasn't expecting it to be super cool. in fact, the first part was outside and i didn't enjoy it that much.

This must be one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in Europe! We were there in August, and the summer flower arrangements around the dam took our breath away. Big enough for a walk, and the restaurant offers cold white wine in the outdor area.
Just walking around in the greenhouse was definitely my favourite part of the Botanical Garden. So peaceful and very well organised with a lot of small houses. Definitely recommend this a visit even as an alone-activity.
