Visited the Kunsthalle in Munich this week to see an exposition. Beautiful modern building, very good exposition, nice lunch at the restaurant. And it all in the center of Munich. Always a good program while in Munich.

We have seen some of the most amazing and interesting special exhibitions at the Kunsthalle over the many years: Sorolla, Faberge, Orientalism, O‘Keefe, Hammershoj, Du and Faust, Keithe Haring, Dix and Beckmann, Rembrandt, Tizian and Bellotto, Pracht auf Pergament, and so on.

This is really an exceptional art gallery. The current show, 'the thrill of deception' was indeed quite thrilling. A definite must see while in Munich.
