After reading reviews our expectations were low, but we were delighted to have a special viewing arranged of the nativity scenes when told the exhibit was closed. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was enough translated to appreciate the museum. We recommend!!

It simply is a must see event in Munich. It isn't open on Mondays. But every other day of the week it is open 10-5pm local time.

The entrance fee is about $8, which is a rough conversion of the cost of €7. A lot of the staff do speak English, at the ticket desk, shop and the restaurant. This is pretty common in Germany. Whether they are nice will... More
