Horrendous. Don’t go here. Food was disgusting and a soda water out the pump is £4.80. Absolutely skank.

Always a favorite. Great food, attentive staff and good selection of cocktails. Alway book a table online as it get very busy at times.

First things first. Surely it sounded awesome to spend our final night in Munich in the world famous Hard Rock Cafe. We had made a reservation , and everything had gone well as it used to be for every restaurant of this great chain. We were ready to get into the taxi that we had ordered and then…. They called us to underline that the kitchen was closing due to the lack of customers. It is true invited us for a drink, but it is unbelievable what happened, because they could have informed us much much earlier. We are and we will still be surely a member of Hard Rock Cafe but what happened was unacceptable. In other words, not only we had to pay the taxi that we ordered more, but also we had to find an other way to feed our hunger. It is more than unacceptable. To conclude, I have to say that it is the first time that something like this happens among tenths of hard rock cafes that we have gone on the whole world.

We were looking forward to eating here as it is a family favorite. Enjoyed the food as it was hot and came out pretty quick.

I had a 3 course meal here this evening with my teenage son, which was meant to be the highlight of our trip to Munich. We spent almost €100 on food and drink, and the waiter was very friendly. My son was looking forward to buying some t-shirts in the shop afterwards, but when we asked about this on our way out, we were waved to the back of a very long queue by a member of staff at the door. Although I know numbers are limited due to Covid-19 restrictions, I found this unacceptable, after we had paid for food in the restaurant. I think that the restaurant patrons should be given priority rather than dismissively waved onto another queue on the street.

It’s hard to describe the disastrous experience. We were 3 and asked for Chicken Wings, cheeseburger and Salmon. All of it was awful. Clearly the food was frozen and simply heated before serving. Dry, tasteless and even cold. You can check my other reviews I try to be objective and hardly ever complain but this is beyond reason. To make things worst the price is outrageously expensive.
Our mistake. Last time we were in a Hard Rock was more than 20 years ago and I had simply forgotten how bad it was.
Do yourself a favor and try one of the many great restaurants around it.

This is probably my tenth visit to a HRC, my first here in Munich though.
I liked the place. It’s quite large, music playing and good service.
I had the steak which was cooked well. The service was speedy and good.
The HRC shop is well stocked in comparison to of the other European ones I have seen.

The Hard Rock cafe was one of the best places I used to visit worldwide, but the one in Munich has disappointed me really badly.
No vegan options and the waitress was laughing about it making me feel weird for even asking. Bad experience, we ended up looking for another place to eat. A pity for the HRC's chain.

Great quality as usual, I am a Hard rock fan.
Food was great, service is fast , atmosphere is great , great drinks, only bad thing , too many tourists as usual :)

I will be in Munich later this month. This is my first time there and HRC is on my list of places to stop for souvenirs and maybe a meal. Can someone tell me what the LOCAL legend burger is there? Thank you.
