Bus Bavaria Neuschwanstein Castle Tours has been doing day trips to this...

Bus Bavaria Neuschwanstein Castle Tours has been doing day trips to this famous castle especially for English-speaking guests since May of 2000. This listing has only existed since 2011. Over 15 years we have sent off as close to 100% of our guests enthusiastically satisfied with their choice to join us on this excursion as we believe is realistically possible. Nonetheless, we have, as is our custom with our famous bike tour of Munich (Mike's Bike Tours) raised the bar again and improved our tour in several ways for 2015 and beyond. We know when comparing any and all offers for tours to this destination from Munich that one can easily come to the conclusion that we offer superior value. Our tours include a highly enjoyable, (optional) bike ride on well-maintained, comfortable Cruiser bicycles around the area near the castle, our guide's post-lunch PROFESSIONAL magic show (MOST of the time but not on Wed. & Sun. in the peak season) which is FUN and often downright mind-boggling as well as a few other fun activities such as swimming in a refreshing alpine lake in the middle of the bike ride and the unique opportunity to FLY DIRECTLY OVER THE CASTLE on a tandem paraglide! One can also take a fun ride down an alpine slide! Hence, our Neuschwanstein Castle Tours from Munich are quite unique. We hope you will choose to join us on this fantastic excursion from Munich in the near future so that we may have the opportunity to send you, too, off as nothing less than another FAN of our company.

Neuschwanstein Castle was on my Bucket list and one of the first things to be checked off in the 90's. I walked up to the castle then, it was May and I was much younger. Now I don't even want the horse to climb the hill, so I took the bus. The furnishings and décor are whimsical (guide's word). Looking... More

It is very hard to walk up to the castle, long and steep. It is a long wait for the bus or horse and carriage. We waited one hour and that was considered short. The bus drops you off above the castle and then there is a steep walk down to the castle. Ugh. Once you get into the castle... More

Everything was top quality! From transportation, to the authentic restaurant we ate at, and the most visually stunning bike ride around the city of Fussen! The hike up to the castle was one of my favorite parts. It felt like we got a proper hike in the Bavarian Alps and the views from the castle were stunning. So glad we... More

We booked this trip through Mike's Bikes Tours and it was the bike ride in the small town through the rolling, scenic hills before the castle visit that made this tour memorable for us. They pick you up from Munich in a nice, luxury bus and take you to the castle. We enjoyed a beautiful bike ride around the small... More

Our tour guide was Christine. She was very well informed and full of very interesting facts about the palace and the castle. The tours of the palace and castle; different tour guides, was also very good. I really enjoyed the day. We stopped off in a village along the way to shop and walk around. Picturesque ride on the bus.... More

We booked this trip through Viator, many weeks in advance. The tickets were valid, but we were not told of the effort needed in order to visit this castle. We were assured there were mini bus available to go up the steep hill, and there were none. Some roadworks made the road too slippery it seemed. We were told to... More

We did the Neuschwanstein castle tour with them and what a splendid tour it was. These folks are part of the more famous Mike's Bike Tour brand and are one of the best in business. The bus which drove us to the foothills from Munich was a brand new one with free wifi. Brad and the other guy (I don't... More

Thanks Siegmund! Great day out, we got to see some pretty cool sights but it was the commentary on the way that topped it off. We went in winter so there was some frost/snow (well almost snow) on the ground in places. Not too hot for walking, although some of the outside exhibits such as statues in some places were... More

The castle tour was amazing, even with a bit of fog as we pulled up to Neuschwanstein, with the HIKE we managed to get above it and see a spectacular view. Our tour guide was Hunter and his knowledge of It all was impressive! His humour and overall approach to the group can be summed up as being a legend.... More
