We enjoyed ourselves at the Christmas market, which is the central attraction during these times. Just remember that shops do not open on Sundays.

We recently visited for the Christmas market. It didn't disappoint with its beautiful architecture surround the market. The market itself is one of the biggest in the local area with all manor of everything Christmas for sale as well as wonderful food.

Enjoyed seeing the old architecture sitting next to a modern building. It was cool to walk into churches that were built in the 1500s. You got a small taste of what life must have been a few centuries ago in Munich.

Loved visiting this area; the Christmas markets were fully in swing and the atmosphere was lovely! A nice central area from which to start your day in Munich. Lots of gorgeous architecture - perfect for photo opps!

Lovely experience! We went in a Friday and it was very busy. Markets were beautiful and queues weren’t too long as you were helped quickly. Will always go back. Beautiful place!

Yes of course. You can take the hop on hop off bus and in this way youcand travel between markets.
