Basically this two activities are on the Königstrasse. You shop and when you are a little tired you sit down and eat and drink.

It’s nice to walk around and see the sights but it is also dirty and they have a number of beggars panhandling in the area. Plus, so many people smoke it is not the most pleasant place to relax.

The Koenigstrasse is important but no longer great for shopping. It is like all the cheap bits of London’s Oxford Street: Zara, COS and cheaper department stores. But it is central in guiding you. Better shopping is (as you walk from main station) to the...More

One of the main shopping streets in Stuttgart. Leads from the train station to the castle square. New cathedral is to be found here.

you better park outside the city center ( f.e. in böblingen) and use the U and S Bahn system. its cheaper and more comfortabel.
