Sorry for the late reply. The buses can be found right after you step out of the Baden Baden train station. It will take you to the station of the funicular. You will need to swipe your ticket once to validate for the whole... More

Hi I apologise for not getting back to you, earlier I am unsure however I presume it operates through the entire year with exception of Christmas day. I may be wrong.

I would say about 1 hour and 30 minutes and just looked at Google maps and it thinks about the same. It's well sign posted so easy to find.
